Diagnosis before opinion
Thermal scanning, smoke testing, water testing, and moisture mapping find the actual problem before anyone quotes anything. On a flat roof, water travels metres from where it enters — guessing is expensive, and it's never our method.
Fix the cause, not the symptom
Ponding gets a slope correction, condensation gets a ventilation answer, membrane failure gets the right system — SBS, TPO, EPDM, or PVC. We recommend on evidence, never inventory, and often the honest answer costs a fraction of a new roof.
